Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) and Thomson Reuters in collaboration with the American Muslim Consumer Consortium are seeking innovative entrepreneurs across the globe whose solutions will disrupt the status quo across the digital sphere. The competition seeks to support start-ups and businesses across the Islamic digital economy and serve as an incubator for SMEs across the world. The competition is open to any company or entrepreneur with a potentially groundbreaking idea or business venture. Ideas will be judged on various aspects including: innovation; economic and social impact; as well as the scalability across markets and regions.
Selected finalists will win a paid trip to Dubai to showcase their idea at the Innovation 4 Impact presentation taking place at the Global Islamic Economic Summit (GIES) 2016 that will take place from October 11-12 at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.
